Contribution agreement between Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, represented by CIDA, and CIMMYT was made July 15, 1996. Agreement establishes that CIDA will contribute up to CDN 4,750,000 to Phase IV of the Organization's East Africa Cereals program. Four attachments are included in the agreement.
