Abstract/Description
Report of the inaugural meeting of the Global Forum Steering Committee (GFSC), held in Cairo, Egypt, May 24-25, 1997 in conjunction with the CGIAR Mid Term Meeting, 1997. The meeting focused on the mandate, responsibilities, and composition of the Committee, and its role in translating the GFAR Plan of Action into a systematic program of activities.
