An Assessment of Agricultural Science and Technology for Development

This is the final report of the Steering Committee. It addresses the question: how can we reduce hunger and poverty, improve rural livelihoods, and facilitate equitable, environmentally, socially and economically sustainable development trhough the generation, access to, and use of agricultural knowledge, science and technology? This report was discussed during the Stakeholder Meeting at AGM 2003 under agenda item 5.
