In this short video, we take you inside ILRI’s poultry research facility in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – an advanced poultry research and training centre.

Established under the Africa Chicken Genetic Gains (ACGG) project, which has since evolved to Tropical Poultry Genetic Solutions (TPGS), the facility works to improve indigenous chicken breeds that are farmer-preferred, resilient, and more productive to enhance smallholder farmers’ livelihoods and family nutrition.
