Priorities for International Support to Agricultural Research in Developing Countries: Chairman's Draft Position Paper for TAC

Although marked as a draft this paper by TAC Chairman Sir John Crawford was not further revised, and represents the first full statement of CGIAR research priorities. A preliminary discussion took place at TAC's fifth meeting in January-February 1973, and an earlier version of Crawford's paper was discussed in July-August 1973 at TAC's sixth meeting and at ICW.
