Barry Shapiro, senior livestock development advisor, at the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) talks about a policy brief prepared by ILRI and African Union-Interafrican Bureau for Animal Resources (AU-IBAR) for a three-day (21-23 October 2015) high-level meeting on ‘feeding Africa’ starting today in Dakar, Senegal.
