UNCTAD Resolution 50

TAC note reviewing the research implications of the UNCTAD resolution addressing the competitiveness of developing country produced raw materials in the face of synthetic and other substitutes. Identification of priority commodities thus threatened and a terms of reference describing the types of research required by the situation.
