Abstract/Description
This abstract presents a stakeholder mapping exercise developed to support integrated territorial interventions at the nexus of environment, nutrition, and peacebuilding in Cauca and Putumayo, Colombia. The mapping identifies and classifies key actors involved in land use, food systems, climate action, and rural development, including public institutions, producer organizations, civil society, research institutions, and private-sector actors. Using a network-based approach, the analysis examines roles, relationships, levels of influence, and coordination dynamics among actors to identify gaps, synergies, and strategic entry points for collective action. The results highlight the importance of multi-actor governance, strengthened institutional coordination, and the recognition of local organizations as central agents in territorial transformation. This stakeholder mapping serves as a decision-support tool for project design, implementation, and communication, contributing to more inclusive, coherent, and conflict-sensitive development strategies.
